Oak House in Bristol welcomes Lovell Partnerships Ltd as newest tenant


Colliers Bristol, on behalf of retained clients, has let the first floor of the recently refurbished Oak House in Bristol to Lovell Partnerships Ltd.

The housing developer will lease the 3,494 sq ft floor on a new five -year lease with a three-year break. Oak House is a self contained office building on Fountain Court located just off Woodlands Lane to the north of Bristol city centre. There is still space available on the office park with 1,649 sq ft at Elm House and 1,614 to 3,588 sq ft to let at Cedar House, both of which provide high quality office space with car parking close to the M4/M5 interchange. Both are available immediately with scope for fit out to change dependent on the new occupier.
