Global Net Lease the US real estate investment trust, advised by Colliers, has acquired Trafalgar Court, a 113,713 sq ft office property in Guernsey, for £55 million from Stenprop.


Located in St Peter Port, the island’s major commercial centre, the office property is let to Aztec Financial Services and Northern Trust. Arranged across ground and four upper floors, with modern fit out, Trafalgar Court also benefits from 518 car parking spaces and sea views.
