In response to the Government’s guidance outlining the need for COVID-19 risk assessments, Colliers International has teamed up with long-term H&S partner S2 Partnership to roll-out COVID-19 self-assessments across its UK portfolio.
COVID-19 Self-assessments
S2 developed an online COVID-19 self-assessment template, enabling those with management responsibility to carry out the required assessment. On completion, a report together with an action summary is generated, highlighting issues requiring attention to further reduce the transmission risk of COVID-19.
Rapid roll-out
Colliers International acted swiftly to support their Facilities Managers and within a few hours of the Application being available, the FM team were undertaking COVID-19 self-assessments across the UK-wide property portfolio.
Actions generated from the COVID-19 self-assessments are automatically uploaded to Colliers International’s property risk management system, RiskWise, enabling visibility of actions required relating to reducing transmission risk.
Where required, S2’s team of specialist consultants are always on hand to attend site and provide the Colliers International team with further support and advice.
