Danish espresso bar concept Hagen is set to open its doors at its fifth shop on Pimlico Road in Belgravia.
Born out of Copenhagen and founded in London, Hagen focuses on creating hygge spaces and serving premium speciality coffee in London’s affluent locations. Colliers has represented Grosvenor Estate on the deal in which the brand has agreed a new lease on 30a Pimlico Road, a 732 sq ft premises, across a basement and ground floor.

Not only do they produce excellent looking coffee but it is also some of the best in London.”
Sandwiched by the affluent Pimlico and Sloane Square, the latest Hagen bar benefits from close proximity to Cadogan Hall and the Saatchi Gallery alongside well known neighbours Daylesford Organic and the Pimlico Road Farmers Market.
