Marylebone High Street is set to welcome Stevie Parle’s restaurant Joy to the thoroughfare following its relocation from Portobello Dock.

Colliers advised the Howard de Walden Estate on the letting of 94 Marylebone High Street which will be a vibrant mix of plant shop and café. Joy will also host weekly supper clubs including dishes of burrata with slow-cooked peppers and tomato, clams cooked in sherry, and its American-style cherry pie.
