New international properties lead for Colliers residential

06 09 22 New international properties lead for Colliers residential hero

Wing Chan Dean joins from developer Knight Dragon.

Colliers has appointed relocation specialist Wing Chan Dean to lead its UK international properties team.

The tri-lingual residential expert will join the commercial real estate firm’s residential division which is based across London and Hong Kong, specialising in marketing UK new build developments to overseas clients.

Wing joins from the London office of Knight Dragon. She has previously worked in Shanghai for NAI Asia Pacific Properties and CBRE, where she secured the instruction to relocate 350 Disney employees to Shanghai, and later repatriate them to the US, before relocating herself to London in 2015 to work for relocation specialist firms and more recently property developers.

Andrew White, head of UK Residential Properties & International Properties (Asia) said: “We’re thrilled that Wing has agreed to join our team, her knowledge of the APAC region is invaluable. She has a track record of building up cross-border sales teams. With pent up demand and interest broadening away from the typical London-centric investments we know Wing will be best placed to guide our sales teams and overseas clients.”

Wing, who was born in Hong Kong, grew up in America before beginning her career in real estate in Shanghai. She is an American, fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Wing said: “I’m really excited to join Colliers and cannot wait to grow the international business through applying my cross-border expertise. As travel restrictions begin to ease there will be increasing demand from buyers and I’m excited to share the projects from across the UK with overseas investors.”
