Receivers instruct Colliers International on sale of Boscundle Manor
An outstanding and profitable hotel in the heart of Poldark Country is on the market with Colliers International on the instructions of the Fixed Charge Receivers Steven Williams and David Acland of FRP Advisory LLP.
Grade II-listed Boscundle Manor – built for the mine captain of the prosperous Wheal Eliza Consoles tin mines, has been brought to market, inviting offers over £1.25 million for the freehold.

“The price has increased to reflect the fact we are now including a characterful two-bedroom owner's cottage in the sale.”
Boscundle Manor is near St. Austell and just a mile away from the world-famous Eden Project.
