Colliers International launches Technology Framework to help clients create safe workplaces

Colliers International has created a market leading framework of technology solutions to help its clients create safe workplaces as staff return following the easing of lockdown.

The framework provides full details on each piece of technology, including a working database of solutions that is constantly under review, and provides tailored recommendations based on the size and the sector the asset is in.

The framework provides solutions under six categories:

  • Compliance
  • Connectivity
  • Customer Experience
  • Occupancy
  • Sustainability
  • Workplace Wellbeing

Michael Crawford, Head of Technology in the Property Management Team, at Colliers International, commented: “Creating the Technology Framework for our clients has been a top priority for us which has only been accelerated by the impact of coronavirus and the challenge of creating a safe workplace. What has been crucial is providing a set of solutions, regardless of office size, that are realistic, simple and adaptable to ensure our clients are best placed to ensure their offices are safe and their occupiers are protected.”
