The London Retail  & Restaurant team at Colliers has advised Grosvenor on a total of 14 new lettings in Mayfair and Belgravia.

The new lifestyle, health and beauty, interiors and hospitality occupiers include openings from The Ivy Asia, Deliciously Ella and Hershesons hair and beauty spa.

Boutique dessert shop Crème London, a new 35-cover restaurant from chef Chet Sharma called Bibi – both on North Audley Street – and concept café Plants by Deliciously Ella on Weighhouse Street in Mayfair will all open this month. In August, The Ivy Asia will open its doors at a 9,418 sq ft space on North Audley Street, Mayfair.

In Belgravia, plant-based fast-food restaurant Neat Burger and southeast Asian fusion restaurant concept Shan Shui – both on Buckingham Palace Road – and salad bar Atis will all open their doors this month.

In health and beauty, the neighbourhoods will also see the opening of medispa Hannah London, which is taking up its third location on Duke Street in Mayfair, and hair and beauty spa Hershesons, which is opening on West Halkin Street.

George Collison of the London Restaurants team at Colliers, commented: “Mayfair and Belgravia continue to attract both established and new brands due to their longstanding reputation as some of the highest quality retail and leisure space in London. The industry is riding a real wave of innovation at the moment and this is represented in some of these exciting signings.”

Joanna Lea, retail director at Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, said: “We know that world-class destinations aren’t enough; businesses want more from their landlord than a place to simply showcase their products. So, we’re constantly innovating to ensure we attract the very best new concepts and driving all-important customers to our places. Our Tenant Investment Fund, flexible leases and investment in marketing, outdoor dining and experiences are just some examples of how we’re achieving this.

“This partnership approach, strength of new openings in Mayfair and Belgravia and growing footfall on our streets are creating excitement and confidence in our places.”
