Cost management and building surveying experts join the commercial real estate firm.

Two directors have joined the Project & Building Consultancy team at Colliers, following the firm’s strategic partnership with Paragon Building Consultancy.

Stuart Taggart joins from construction consultancy Linesight, and Jack Fletcher joins from Cushman and Wakefield. Stuart who has 15 years of experience in the industry will join the Cost Management team. He has previously worked with clients Castleforge Partners, Landsec and McLaren Property on construction projects. Jack will join the building surveying team, specialising in occupiers and investor dilapidations. He has previously worked with clients Hewlett Packard, Mitsubishi Estates and Alliance Healthcare.

Rob Perry co-head of the Project & Building Consultancy team at Colliers said: “It’s great to welcome Stuart and Jack to our growing team, it’s been an exciting few months for us since we announced the strategic partnership in May. We’re very busy and recruiting more team members to meet the high expectations of our clients, to support them on delivering their projects on time and on budget. The sector is navigating uncertain times in the market currently and we’re recruiting the best people to help our clients through this period.”

Colliers agreed a strategic partnership with Paragon in May, bolstering the firm’s Project & Building Consultancy services and bringing together building surveyors, cost consultants, project managers, environmental and sustainability experts based across the UK in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Esher, Bristol and Leeds.
