In the workshop "hospitality" we determine together what experience the employees and visitors should enjoy at the office. Which part of the experience should be the main focus of your organization? What makes the difference that will ultimately lead to higher customer satisfaction and employee engagement? This involves hospitality, the offered service level and the interweaving of your core values into your services.
