Tristan Capital Partners and Sectie5 Investments dispose of Aura retail portfolio to Dutch private investor
Tristan’s European Property Investors Special Opportunities 4 (EPISO 4) Fund and joint venture partner Sectie5 Investments, have successfully completed the sale of the circa. 20,000 sqm Aura retail portfolio to a Dutch private investor.
The joint-venture purchased these assets in 2015 from Delta Lloyd as part of the Armando portfolio. Aura comprises of a mix of high-street and convenience assets located in the greater Randstad area. Tristan Capital Partners is an employee-controlled investment management boutique specialising in real estate investment strategies across the UK and Continental Europe. Tristan’s pan-European real estate funds include core-plus and value-added/opportunistic strategies with total assets under management of over €9 billion. Sectie5 Investments is a Dutch retail real estate specialist that structures high-yielding real estate funds for private and institutional investors.
Colliers International advised the joint venture on the sale.
