One of the main requirements for Swarovski was a good location close to the central railway station. In addition, of course, were an attractive building, fit out and other users in the building decisive in the choice of this office.

In the building some floors are available, each the size of approx. 600 m². Oosterdokseiland (ODE) was built a couple of years ago and is now a bustling area with a good combination of living, working and hospitality and is easily accessible by both private transport and public transport.
