You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your complaint within three working days. We will set up an independent inquiry and inform you in writing of the outcome within three weeks.
If our solution is not satisfactory, you may then pass your complaint to the Disputes Committee Brokerage, P.O. Box 90600, 2509 LP Den Haag, see also: www.degeschillencommissie.nl, or you can turn to the civil court.
