Moscow City Residents

Colliers International has analysed the current pool of residents and presents an updated profile of the companies in this increasingly popular business district. Over the past two years, the vacancy rate in MIBC Moscow-City has decreased significantly, while the composition of residents has changed due to the arrival of new companies. The largest volume of foreign occupiers in the business district was fixed in 2006, when their share was 80%. However, as the MIBC was occupied, Russian companies took the dominant position. Currently, 78% of the occupied space in the "Moscow City" falls on Russian companies and 22% on foreign companies.
