The Royal Shakespeare Company and prestigious Eden Hotel Collection have joined forces to acquire the Grade II listed Caterham House Hotel in Stratford-Upon-Avon.

Located on Rother Street, just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Stratford-Upon-Avon and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Caterham House Hotel has 10 en suite letting bedrooms alongside several reception rooms and a large car park.

The Eden Hotel Collection and The Royal Shakespeare Company, who together currently own the nearby Arden Hotel,  jointly acquired Caterham House from Mr and Mrs David Young, who have operated the hotel since 2002. The sale price is undisclosed but advisors Colliers International can confirm that it was sold for in the region of £1 million guide price.
