Business rates specialist Jeff Norris has joined Colliers International as a director, Jeff will be based in the West End London office and will be concentrating primarily on the central London office market and retail.

With over 30 years’ experience in Rating, the upcoming 2017 Rating Revaluation will be Jeff’s 7th Rating list! Originally based in the City (with Sinclair Goldsmith), then the West End with Edwin Hill (now Altus) and more recently at Farebrother where he was partner heading up the rating department, before running his own consultancy business. Jeff’s extensive experience ranges from industrial property through to retail.
