Colliers International has expanded its property management business in Ireland with the addition of Dublin-based property and facility management firm Ganly Walters Management Ltd (GWML). The entire team of seven highly experienced professionals have transferred to Colliers International boosting the Dublin team to over 40.
Established in 2005 and owned and operated by Peter Moloney and Gerry Butler, the business has a portfolio of 1.5 million sq ft under management, across a broad commercial, office, retail and residential spectrum. Colliers Ireland will now manage a commercial portfolio of some 3.6 million sq ft, with an asset value in excess of €480 million, serviced by a team of 14 property professionals.
“This partnership was an obvious fit as the existing client base and service offering provided by the team were complementary to ours and enhance the quality and depth of services offered to our clients” said Declan Stone, Managing Director, Colliers International Ireland. “Ireland is a very important market for Colliers International, and we are intent to grow here. Our goal is to grow and diversify our capability to continue to deliver exceptional client service. We are delighted to welcome Peter, Gerry and their team on board,” he concluded.
“Ours search for a global partner led us to Colliers as they share our culture and values when it comes to client service,” added Peter Moloney Managing Director, GWML. “Clients will benefit greatly from the enhanced services provided by the combined property and facility management division, as well as the full suite of services now available through the global Colliers platform.”
