Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Colliers International has secured a new tenant for the 17,127 sq ft Quayside House, Oldbury, in the heart of the Black Country.

The Black Country Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (BCPFT) will relocate from Delta House in West Bromwich to Quayside House taking the entire building at a rental of £11.75 psf.

Occupying a prominent position on Rounds Green Road in Oldbury, less than a mile from Junction 2 of the M5 Motorway, Quayside House provides self-contained modern open plan office accommodation with 80 on-site car parking spaces.  The building also benefits from being located adjacent to Oldbury Retail Park and a Sainsbury’s supermarket.

On the deal, Douglas Bonham, Director, Colliers International in Birmingham, said: “The BCPFT was looking to relocate to more modern office accommodation in a central location that was easily accessible for their staff, who commute from across the region. Quayside House, with its self-contained modern office accommodation, ample dedicated car parking, and great local amenities, provided the ideal solution for the Trust.”

Colliers International advised the landlord whilst BCPFT was advised by Checkleys Chartered Surveyors.
