Colliers International today announced that Josh Leon has been appointed as its new Head of Central London Restaurants. He will concentrate on building a bespoke A3 team primarily focussing on the Central London market.

And Josh is the perfect person to lead that initiative. He has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the sector and has great connections in the restaurant business, working with international brands and top Chefs, particularly in the central London dining scene.”
Leon joins from Davis Coffer Lyons (DCL), where he has been for the last 12 years.
His experience encompasses bringing in restaurant and bar brands from all over the world; as well as Michelin Star Chefs; and his clients include a range of property companies, institutions and high street names.
Under Josh’s leadership Colliers intends to grow and build its Restaurants team over the coming months.
