Acting on behalf of Standard Life Investments, Colliers International’s Birmingham Industrial & Logistics team has been instructed to market Gravelly Industrial Park; the largest multi-let industrial estate in Birmingham.

Located less than half a mile from Junction Six of the M6 Motorway, Gravelly Industrial Park comprises 78 units totaling 1.1m sq ft on a site of 80 acres. The multi-let industrial park is home to high profile tenants including: Carlsberg, Continental and Bunzl.

Colliers International has been instructed to market the estate’s vacant units, which are available to satisfy occupier requirements from 1,700 – 30,000 sq ft.
