Colliers International has appointed Tim Nicholls, formerly the Director of Valuation and Advisory Services in the Czech Republic as a Director in its EMEA team, based in London.

Tim joins from Colliers’ Prague office where he worked across the seven countries within Eastern Europe. Throughout his career Tim has built strong relationships with numerous high profile clients, most recently including Czech based PPF Group and US based private equity investor Lonestar.

Tim’s appointment follows a number of high profile new joiners as we look to build a world class Valuation team.”

The news follows the appointment of Paul Hale, formerly Head of Retail Valuation at JLL, as a Director; along with Chris Monkhouse who also joined the London team in July from GVA to head up the newly formed Minerals Valuation section. Tim’s appointment is the sixth senior level appointment to Colliers International’s London based Valuations and Advisory Services team in the last 12 months.
