Colliers International’s Valuation and Advisory Services team has appointed Paul Hale as a Director based in London. Formerly Head of Retail Valuation at JLL, Paul specialises in retail portfolio, bank and loan security valuations within the shopping centre, out of town retail, leisure park and factory outlet sub sectors.

Paul joined King Sturge in 1991 and was an Equity Partner in the Valuation Department when they merged with JLL in 2011. Prior to that he was part of Lambert Smith Hampton’s investment’s team.

Russell Francis, Head of Valuation and Advisory Services, Colliers International said: “Paul has a very distinguished track record in the market as a retail sector specialist and has been instrumental in numerous market facing instructions. His particular expertise will offer our clients a broader service and a greater understanding of their assets and strategies, I am therefore confident that he will make a significant contribution towards growing Colliers’ market share in the UK and EMEA.”
