BCL have agreed terms with Canada Life to forward fund the first phase of the Cross Quarter development.

Cross Quarter has planning consent for 220 residential apartments and a further 5,000 sq ft of retail and commercial space. The vacant industrial site covers 10 acres and was acquired by Development Securities and Berkshire Investment Capital in April 2011 and lies adjacent to Abbey Wood station which will become the south east terminus for Crossrail in 2018. Part of the investment will see a new Sainsbury’s London store open across from the south east terminus.
