The Leeds Office of Colliers International have negotiated the sale of the Falcon Manor Hotel at Settle off an asking price of offers over £550,000.
The Grade II-listed Yorkshire Dales property boasts attractive bar, dining and bedroom facilities set in large grounds including a delightful bowling green.
