Colliers International’s Licensed and Leisure team has been instructed to find a host of sites in London for Inito, a brand new Indian Street Food concept.

Inito is the brainchild of Bruce Kamp, Behrooz Khossousi and Suarav Nath who all have extensive experience in the Leisure and catering industry. The new concept is built around a ‘traveller’s eye view’ of the busy streets of urban India and combines a delicious menu of ‘street food’ inspired dishes, including the ‘roti’ wrap, and a contemporary design package offering customers a relaxed and original dining experience.

Inito is looking to open circa eight sites in Central London, Colliers is currently seeking sites in excess of 1,500 sq ft,  specifically in affluent locations of: Holborn, St Pauls, Canary Wharf, the West End, The Strand, Picccadilly, Shoreditch and Hammersmith.

Sam May, Senior Surveyor, Colliers International said: “This new concept is quite unlike any other restaurant we currently have in the UK market – offering quick and healthy options, perfect for those on the move, combined with a full evening menu to suit restaurant customers. Colliers’ is seeking to find sites in prominent areas with a large lunchtime footfall to attract those who crave for a new take on nutritious and tasty food within a few minutes’ walk.”
