on the first floor
while Veritas Asset Management
and Veritas Investment Management
have both taken 5,000 sq ft
on the same floor. The new leases all run until 2019
and the terms reflect an overall rental tone of around £62 per sq ft
commented: "90 Long Acre is a landmark building in Covent Garden
and provides excellent offices in a tremendous location; there has been substantial occupier interest in the space".
Only 4,000 sq ft
now remains available on the eighth floor of the 194,000 sq ft
building although further suites will become available later in the year.
