Northwood Investors has let 26,000 sq ft of office space at 90 Long Acre, London WC2.
 
The Health Foundation has taken 16,000 sq ft on the first floor while Veritas Asset Management and Veritas Investment Management have both taken 5,000 sq ft on the same floor. The new leases all run until 2019 and the terms reflect an overall rental tone of around £62 per sq ft.
 
David Hanrahan of H2SO commented: "90 Long Acre is a landmark building in Covent Garden and provides excellent offices in a tremendous location; there has been substantial occupier interest in the space".
 
Only 4,000 sq ft now remains available on the eighth floor of the 194,000 sq ft building although further suites will become available later in the year.
 
JNA Property acted for The Health Foundation while Morgan Pryce acted for Veritas AM and Veritas IM.
