A Partner from Cushman & Wakefield’s London Markets team is to join Colliers International. Henry Peto will join the Tenant Representation division of Colliers’ West End Offices team as a Director, specialising in the legal and financial sectors. Peto, who has been at Cushman & Wakefield for 12 years, will work alongside Colliers’ Head of West End Offices, Craig Satchwell and Head of West End Tenant Rep, David Hume.

Craig Satchwell, Head of West End Offices, commented, “Henry is one the most experienced and highly regarded occupational advisers in Central London. His reputation advising financial and legal occupiers is second to none, and he will be instrumental in the continuing growth plans for our Central London Offices team.”

Peto recently advised law firm Boodle Hatfield on its pre-let acquisition of 240 Blackfriars Road, and has been active in the financial sector advising hedge funds and private equity across Central London.

Tony Horrell, Chief Executive of Colliers International in the UK and Ireland, said: “Satisfying the comprehensive needs of multi-national corporate occupiers has been a fundamental priority for our UK business. We have made significant strides in this area, following the appointment last year of Ed Neild from CBRE as Head of Strategic Account Management in EMEA Corporate Solutions, and the appointment of Stuart Melrose, from leading US tenant rep specialist, Studley. I am confident that Henry’s expertise will greatly complement this offering.”
