Japanese fashion design house, Yacco Maricard is to open its second London store in Marylebone. Sara Law, Colliers International, who advised Yacco Maricard, said: ““Yacco Maricard has traded well from its first shop on Kensington High Street, and the energetic environment of Marylebone is a perfect location for its second store”.
The retailer led by designer, Kari Watanabe, specialises in using natural materials to create clothes that are characterised by a rich colour range. It has taken a new 10-year lease from Drumoak Properties on 37 Marylebone Lane at a rent of £45,000pa with an undisclosed rent-free period. Colliers International advised Yacco Maricard.
