The chain - which specialises in ‘fast, fresh and fun Japanese food’- is to occupy the 4,400 sq ft 176-206 Kensington High Street which is located at the junction with Phillimore Gardens. YO! Sushi has taken a new 20-year lease an ingoing received a rent free period. The asking rent for the unit was £250,000pa.

Colliers International advised Ignis Real Estate on the letting.
