Peter Gallagher is to join Colliers International as a Partner in its National Offices team in Manchester. He joins from the Manchester-based independent property agency p3 Property Consultants, where he was a founding Partner.

Peter’s recent projects have included identifying, assembling and acting for the pre-let tenant consortium (Price Waterhouse, Ernst & Young and Addleshaws) at the 200,000 sq.ft. Barbirolli Square, and over 1 million sq.ft. of pre-let transactions at Spinningfields. Other recent development projects have included Manchester Business Park, Kingsway Rochdale, Hale Barns Shopping Centre and a string of new City Centre offices buildings including 40 Spring Gardens and Belvedere

Peter’s property career began at chartered surveyors Dunlop Heywood, where he progressed to become head of the offices team. When the firm was acquired by Erinaceous Group, Peter became a member of the national business development team and head of a team responsible for liaison with the overseas offices of the NAI Global ‘managed network’ Association. Peter left Erinaceous in 2007 to become a founding partner of p3 Property Consultants.
