Colliers International has appointed Martin Taylor as a Partner in its National Investment team. Taylor has 20 years’ experience in the UK commercial investment and development markets. He joins from his current position as Owner/Director of Pickmere Properties. Prior to that, Taylor was a Development Director at Barwood Developments and previously spent 16 years as an Investment Director at PRUPIM.
Andre James, Head of National Investment at Colliers said: “Martin has a proven track record in negotiating on and off-market acquisitions, as well as identifying and securing sites in emerging locations so he will be a great asset to the team.
“Martin will work with new and existing clients of Colliers’, identifying assets within institutional fund portfolios that meet specific investor requirements, as well as providing investment consultancy advice and bespoke funding solutions for investors and developers.”
Taylor’s expertise in capital markets has been on behalf of a variety of investors including funds, property companies as well as high net worth individuals.
Colliers International is strategically growing its business in the UK and has recruited more than 20 partners so far this year. In capital markets in particular, the firm has appointed partners, John Knowles, James Gann, Jonathan Evans, Rob Cregeen and John Hanson in a matter of months.
