Colliers International’s Industrial and Logistics team has begun the marketing process for the final two remaining plots at Solstice Park in Amesbury, Wiltshire.

The two industrial and distribution plots, EOS1 and EOS2, which can accommodate occupiers between 20,000 and 150,000 sq ft, are available freehold and fully serviced across 15 acres.

The news follows the recent announcement that TJ Morris’ Home Bargains will build a £70m regional distribution centre at the park across a 64 acre plot, the largest deal for many years. It is scheduled to complete in September 2015.

Steve Mitchell, Director at Colliers International, said, “The locality, flexible planning options, and employment prospects of Solstice Park have proven to be a winning formula with owner-occupiers.  There is a widely reported mismatch between current supply and demand in the logistics sector and the South West has proven its enormous appeal as a prime regional destination for inward investment outside of the capital. I’ve no doubt these final two plots at Solstice Park will prove extremely popular and we are confident the completion of this scheme will stimulate further speculative development in the region.”
