Kent caravan park, Yew Tree Park in Canterbury has been placed on the market through Colliers International. The global property advisers are seeking offers for the four star property located in the Kent Downs in the region of £1.175 million.

After 20 years the owners, the Zanders Family, are looking to sell the park to enjoy retirement.
