Michael Hawkins is to join Colliers International in January 2014 as a Partner in its National Offices team, based in Manchester. He joins from WHR Property Consultants, where he was a Partner advising property and development companies, funds and often investors; as well as acting on some of the city’s leading schemes including the Noma Scheme and The Landmark.

From 1994 to 2004 Mike rose through the ranks at Lambert Smith Hampton in Manchester. In June, 2004, alongside five fellow directors he set up WHR Property Consultants and has been a major force in the Manchester office market ever since.
