Colliers International has recruited high-profile south east office investment agent, Rob Cregeen, to join the firm as a Director in its National Investment team.   This follows the firm’s recent announcement about John Hanson joining from Strutt & Parker.

Cregeen joins from Crossland Otter Hunt, where he has been a Partner for the last three years specialising in out of town office investment and development.  His clients include “ a variety of financial Institutions and prop cos including Orchard Street, LaSalle Investment Management, Patrizia Tamar Capital, Vantage Asset Management, Praxis Real Estate Management and many others “   Prior to his current role he worked for Cushman & Wakefield and Atisreal.

André James, Head of the National Investment team, said, “Rob has an extensive track record in the south east office market and is very well known and respected.  He has extensive experience advising developers, property companies and institutions on the disposal and acquisitions of business space investments and will be an invaluable addition to our already talented team.”
