Colliers International’s Healthcare and Residential teams has completed the sale of Homebridge Manor in Witham, Essex to residential developers Kingscastle, on behalf of administrators, Baker Tilly
Colliers International sought an asking price of £800,000 for the property, which comprises 23 fully equipped assisted living apartments. The buyer has plans to convert the existing building to provide a number of private flats, subject to planning.
Rachel McCarthy, Director of Healthcare at Colliers International, said “At Colliers we have dedicated teams across all the main property sectors so we can provide clients with simultaneous marketing campaigns across the relevant sectors when needed. This saves time and money for all concerned and that appeals to everyone in this market.”
Matt Haw, Joint Administrator and Partner at Baker Tilly commented “We liked the fact that Colliers have market share across both sectors and we wanted to tap into them both to ensure the best price was achieved.”
