Colliers International has recruited another South East Office specialist to support its growing National Offices business, led by Mark Taylor. Toby Lumsden is to join the firm as a Senior Surveyor from Altus Edwin Hill, where he was advising occupier and landlord clients in the South East offices market.
The news follows the appointment of Mark Emburey, who re-joined Colliers International this year from CBRE as a director within the National Offices team, specialising in the South East region. This summer has also seen Colliers make a further agent hires in its National Office Investment team, with the appointment of Rob Cregeen.
Mark Taylor, Head of National Offices, Colliers International said: “Toby’s appointment has been driven by increasing client demand in this sector and increased interest from clients in the M25 offices market, which last quarter was circa 29% above the equivalent period in 2012.”
The latest South East Offices Net Stock Absorption report for Q2 2013 from Colliers International showed that towns such as Camberley, Croydon, Ealing, Farnborough, Kingston and Wimbledon all saw take-up surpass the ten year quarterly average.
