Liam Hiap sources and manages the marketing of collective sale, residential, commercial and industrial projects for property owners and investors. In addition, he develops and maintains relationships with existing and new clients with real estate requirements in the various sectors.
With more than 22 years in the industry, Liam Hiap started his real estate career with the valuation department in Knight Frank, before moving on to hold senior positions in the investment sales department in Knight Frank, Colliers International, Credo Real Estate and Jones Lang LaSalle, where he successfully concluded numerous enbloc / collective sales as well as commercial and land deals.
