Mike is the longest serving expatriate at any Indonesian property consultant having relocated to Jakarta in 1992 to found and manage a new Indonesian property consultancy which focused on tenant and investor representation. The employees and business of that firm were combined with those of Colliers in 2004 when Mike assumed the management of Colliers' Indonesian operations.
Mike is a US citizen who was born and lived in southern California until his family relocated to Dallas, Texas where he completed high school and obtained his BBA from Southern Methodist University in 1977. In 1979, he earned an MBA from the University of Texas in Austin and joined Republic Bank Dallas where he was promoted to the position of Vice President in the Real Estate Banking Group. From 1984 through 1992, Mike worked in various capacities for Trammell Crow Interests including as the General Manager - Far East Development beginning in 1989.​
Service Leaders
Ken is a Japanese citizen having relocated to Jakarta in 2011 to serve as a Director at BNI Securities, an investment banking arm of state-owned Bank Negara Indonesia. With 7-year active involvement in capital market in Indonesia, Ken joined Colliers in 2018 as a Director of Japan Desk to promote investment from Japan to Indonesia.
Ken started his career as a consultant in 1993 and assisted several foreign multinational companies to expand business in Japan market. In 1998, Ken relocated to Seattle where he closely worked with The Boeing Company to promote airplane sale to Japan market by building strategic alliance with Japanese industry partners.
In 2008, Ken joined Tokyo-based SBI Group, formerly known as SoftBank Investment, where he held the position of General Manager in Overseas Business in charge of global investment and strategic alliance.
Monica Koesnovagril has 26 years’ experience in the property industry. Monica specialized in research and advisory and has completed a number of significant duties. The types of work Monica covers include the following:

Areas covered include the Greater Jakarta area, West Java (Bandung, Tasikmalaya), CentralJava (Pekalongan, Surakarta), East Java (Malang, Surabaya), Bali, Lombok, Medan, Batam, Bintan, Pekanbaru, Balikpapan, Lombok, Makassar, Singapore, the Philippines, etc. Major Clients served include multinational companies, such as Emaar Properties PJSC, Limitless LLC, Faysal Islamic Bank of Bahrain E.C., Chungdam, Samsung, LG Group, Marubeni Corporation. Mitsui Fudosan, Oakwood Premier Cozmo and publicly listed national companies, such as Ciputraland Development, Intiland, Pakuwon Group, Bakrieland Development, Suryainti Permata, Lippo Group etc.
As Head Research Department, Ferry is in charge in providing property market knowledge for internal purposes and for clients. The scope of sectors covered in the quarterly market report comprises office, apartment, retail, hotel and industrial estate.
In regional tasks, the Heads of Research of each country work together in providing regional market reports covering the Asia Pacific region and globally. Currently Research Department is not only operating as a cost-centre department, as he and his team have been assigned by the Central Bank to provide monthly market information.
On the consulting front, the task involves providing a wide range of advisory services to our clients. Working closely with Consulting Department, we help clientsby preparing feasibility studies to determine whether their property projectsare viable from both financial or marketing aspects.
Bagus Adikusumo is currently the Senior Director of Office Services Department. His main objective is to assist building owners exclusively to market their office buildings, whether strata or lease, to local or multi-national companies. He manages the office property representation team, who are responsible for leasing or selling office space for building owners in a timely manner.
At the same time, Bagus also manages office tenant representation team in order to assist corporate clients with their commercial real estate requirements.
Bagus has handled a variety of corporate accounts and received many recommendation letters from his corporate clients who are very satisfied with his professionalism. He has been in the real estate business since 1996 and consequently has been involved in many real estate transactions in other sectors besides commercial services. Additionally, he has worked on investment transactions involving land, and residential or mixed-use developments.
Rivan has had over 20 years experience in real estate with expertise and knowledge not only in the industrial sector, but also in other property sectors.
As the head of Colliers’ Industrial Services Division in Jakarta, Indonesia, Rivan handles all lease and sale industrial transactions and real estate investments. Rivan has a track record of being appointed by local and multinational companies to represent their industrial requirements on both a local and regional basis.
Sander joined Colliers International in July 2013 as Head of Marketing for Colliers the Netherlands, based in Amsterdam. After working for Colliers the Netherlands for two years Sander moved to Indonesia to join the Colliers team in Jakarta. Sander is currently heading the Retail Services Department at Colliers International Indonesia.
As a team leader of the Residential Tenant Representation division at Colliers International Indonesia, I direct all strategic and operational aspects of this important service line for the Company. I am responsible overall for numerous clients. A partial list is included in the following page.
I was graduated from Tarakanita Secretarial Academy in 1997. Now I have more than 20 years of experience in hospitality, property brokerage and residential services. Prior to joining the Company, I managed Citra Regency Apartment (now Somerset Grand Citra-Ascott Group) and had successfully marketed/leased the apartments during the financial crisis. With my extensive client management and business development experience, I am responsible for the continuous adoption of ‘best-in-class’ methods in all aspects of Colliers Residential Tenant and Landlord Representation services.
Satria Wei is currently Director of Hospitality Services. His main objective is to assist hospitality owners and investors by making sure property operations run effectively towards meeting the investment targets of owners.
He works very closely with all business units in the company, especially Advisory, Investment and Research.
Satria has assisted several properties and corporates to develop, operate and conduct asset management in hospitality industries in Indonesia and overseas. With 29 years of experience, Satria has participated in the golden and overcome the hardest periods of the industry. In addition, his
interest in Revenue Management completes his skills package. He is suitable to deal with all stakeholders in the industry.
Hendry managed projects and real estate developments from inception to completion in Singapore through various stages of design conceptualisation, tendering and awarding of main contractors, authority approvals, defect snagging, rectification works, and final handover to end users and property management; responsible for setting up property marketing galleries.
He also managed the conversion and change of use of an old industrial property into a serviced residences development and experienced in the redevelopment of a single house into a multi-dwelling units boutique apartment, equipped with a mechanical car park.
Christina has had 20+ years experience in handling Commercial and Residential Facilities and Property Management.
While in charge of the Centralized Facility Management, she supported all Account Managers within the Colliers FM account portfolio across Indonesia: Citigroup, HSBC, AZA, ANZ, Danone, Barclays, Bank Ekonomi Rahardja and DBS.
As the Senior Associate Director, she leads Colliers FM operation, including supporting Facilities Management setting up for three countries for Deutsche Bank Facility Management, the Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia.
Andy has more than 15 years of experience in property industry especially in property management, real estate, and retail. In Colliers, Andy currently handling numbers of portfolios, which are included office buildings, retail, and residential.
Functional Leaders
Rusni has led Colliers’ Finance Department since April 2014. She oversees the overall finance, accounting and tax functions. She ensures that finance, accounting and tax practices are prudent, and monthly financial reports are presented fairly and on time. She provides budget versus actual information and reports to the managing director.
Working together with the other heads of department, Rusni facilitates the preparation of the departments and the entire company’s annual budgets. To achieve optimum result, she also works together with other heads in the pricing and costing strategy.
Aryani leads the P&P team and the operations team in Colliers. She has been working in the property industry for more than 6 years and experienced in the people and performance area for more than 9 years.
Yanto possessed wide range of skills in Information and Technology such as Java J2EE, Prolog, Pascal, Web technologies, Web builder software and databases. He’s responsible to ensure all of the update of Colliers’ software and hardware as well as in the development of IT technology to help obtaining company’s objectives.
Experienced in communications, media relations, and marketing strategy. Yulia joined Indonesia's real estate industry since she was a fresh graduate. Now with over 10 years experience in real estate industry her main objective is to maximize corporate brand exposure in the market and assisting all business lines with their promotional needs and their clients' requirements.
