Offices rental rate in the central business district (CBD) Jakarta in the first quarter of 2018 rose by 10 percent compare to the fourth quarter of 2017. However, the increase was not triggered by the high demands.
Senior Associate Director of Research of Colliers International Indonesia Ferry Salanto said that the increase in this case was caused by the operation of new office buildings for the premium segments. Besides that, the land price also increases every year.
