India Office Property Market Overview Q1 2018

The office market recorded 11.4 mn sq ft of gross absorption in Q1 2018. Representing 34% of total leasing volume, Bengaluru continued to account for the highest share of absorption followed by the NCR (26%), Pune (16%), Mumbai (10%), Chennai (9%), Hyderabad (4%), and Kolkata (1%).
