Zuzana has over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector. Her strength lies in real estate portfolio analysis and optimization, transaction management, financial modelling, process development and performance management. Zuzana is in charge of identifying and delivering real estate portfolio optimization strategies.
Zuzana advised on numerous lease acquisitions, renegotiations and lease terminations, asset acquisitions and disposals and other types of transactions in different parts of EMEA and has led the development of processes and systems to deliver consistent service delivery across the region. Zuzana’s expertise lies in overseeing the performance of local experts to ensure seamless delivery to her clients, providing strategic and best practice portfolio advice and day-to-day transaction management. During 2014, Zuzana was also seconded to General Motors Real Estate team.
Since September 2020, Zuzana is part of Complex and Emerging Market Solutions group where she specializes in high quality end to end solutions in challenging and frontier geographies across Africa, the Middle East and Eurasia.
Zuzana acted as transition manager and lead portfolio account manager for Ramboll where she was responsible for setting up new real estate delivery model across the globe and for leading and monitoring the real estate initiatives for optimization of Ramboll’s real estate portfolio. Zuzana created a database to capture savings and cost avoidance initiatives and tracked progress of achieving Ramboll’s 2016 – 2019 Strategic Goals for Real Estate and introduced a structured portfolio review process to identify all potential actions/events 12/ 24 months ahead to support alignment with the Ramboll business.
On behalf of General Motors, performed review of small offices portfolio, identified cost saving opportunities and delivered on these and coordinated termination of small offices leases across Central and Eastern Europe.
On behalf of Mondelez, achieved savings of $8.8 million during a 3 year cost optimization program and achieved $ 6.3 million through asset dispositions; developed and implemented standardised business case model.

Zuzana joined Colliers International in 2008. Prior to joining Colliers, Zuzana finished her MBA studies specialized in Real Estate and Asset Management in ESSEC Business School in Paris, France.
During her studies, she took part on an internship in Marriott International, in Development Department (Planning and Feasibility) where she worked on feasibility and benchmarking studies for franchised and managed hotels across EMEA
