Professional Summary
I started in private practice over 25 years ago initially working with a large London based practice advising on the Industrial & Logistic sector, subsequently moving to a smaller specialist practice, providing a wide range of advice to clients. In 2006 I then joined Colliers International to focus on the Industrial & Logistics and Technology and Data Centre Sectors across the EMEA region.
I am part of the Colliers Data Centre Team in the UK, along with the Colliers Technology Solutions Group Steering Committee, a specialist practice group and liaise closely with Colliers brokers globally. I have worked on projects across the EMEA region, including the FLAP (Frankfurt, London, Amsterdam and Paris) markets, the Nordics and Turkey.
Accomplishments
In the Industrial & Logistics sector I have worked closely with occupiers particularly those involved in the delivery of multiple premises across the UK and the EMEA region. One particular client, I have advised since 2006 on the expansion of their branch network, taking it from approximately 30 units to over 650 with a current expansion rate of over 60 new units a year. In each case strategies have been developed and implemented to meet both the client's immediate and long term aspirations.
