Nidal Al Kail – Managing Director, Medina Capital

‘I have now worked with Will for two years and I can genuinely say that his working ethic and dexterity are attributes most agents lack in the modern age. Will has the ability to take himself out of his own shoes as an agent and perceive situations from both the vendors and developers perspective, which in my opinion is key to acquiring and selling development opportunities. Any agent can wait for the phone to ring especially when working for a company with an established brand, but the opportunities we have acquired and are currently looking at derive from real investigative work combined with persistence to opening a vendor up and creating that initial communication. Dealing with Will is very black and white, he’s not just a message taker which most agents tend to be during negotiations and constantly thinks and suggests of ways to overcome obstacles.’

Nick Lebetkin - Managing Director, Even Group

“Will is a conscientious, hardworking ,professional and full of positive energy. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Will on the sale of BPA. I am quite sure without the hard work Will put into the sale we might not of had such a positive result. I am more than happy to be contacted on this matter.”
