Valuation and Advisory Services
Tom works in the professional services team within Colliers in Belfast, primarily providing valuation advice for a range of traditional banking and alternative lending clients.
Tom provides Red Book valuation reports in respect of all asset classes with a particular emphasis on residential development sites. Tom also specialises in providing social housing portfolio valuations for housing associations and lenders.
Tom has regularly been instructed to provide valuations for bond issue on a large Northern Irish social housing portfolio valued at over £130 million.
Tom manages the Northern Ireland component of a large distressed asset portfolio valuation on behalf of AIB.
Tom graduated from the University of Glasgow with a Bachelor in Laws (LLB) before completing his Masters degree in Real Estate (M.Sc) in 2014.

Traditional banking clients include; Danske Bank, Santander, HSBC, Ulster Bank, AIB, Bank of Ireland.
Alternative lending clients include; Close Brothers, Fiduciam, Assetz Capital and Ortus Secured Finance.
Tim heads up the Valuation & Advisory Services team and brings to the firm 16 years’ experience in the areas of valuation and investment agency.
Given his background, he has particular expertise in the areas on investment valuation including high street retail, retail warehousing, shopping centres, supermarkets, offices and leisure properties. Other areas of expertise include residential development appraisals, nursing homes, industrial and rural properties.
Tim also has considerable experience in advising clients on loan book acquisitions and disposals.
Aside from valuation work, he advises a number of local and institutional clients on investment disposals and acquisitions.
