  • At Reed - Created and delivered the learning plan for L&D for Reed UK’s Corporate Teams and Project Managed the changes in the learning journey and curriculum resulting from a major department transformation within the business
  •  At Dominos - Owned the L&D roadmap and aligned it with the business needs and commercial goals. Responsible for all training and L&D initiatives for 217 Domino’s Pizza stores across England, Wales and Scotland. Line management of 6 high performing Regional Trainers
  • At HUGO BOSS - Designed, lead, managed and evaluated training and development initiatives (Leadership, Talent Management, Train The Trainer, Customer Service and Product Trainings) across UK and Scandinavia (112 stores in 6 countries).   • At ADIDAS- Delivered inspiring and impactful presentations to audiences of up to 400 Store Management and Retail Leadership Teams from all European Regions focused on a major change in our Customer Service Model. Went on to lead and manage a team of 9 Store Managers (District Champions) to ensure successful CSM roll out and increased customer loyalty and productivity in retail stores.
