Professional Summary
Simon joined Colliers International in December 2010 joining from Eddisons. Simon's asset and property management experience has allowed him to be introduced to and form strong relationships with the major institutional and property companies. Experience has included the asset and property management of Central London office buildings and multi-let sites.
He has a broad range of experience consisting of property management, asset management, acquisitions, disposals, easements and wayleaves.
He is involved with one of the larger clients, Aviva Investors, managing portffolios valued at £3 billion consisting of mixed assets of offices, industrial, leisure and retail. .
Simon started his career within the Estates department within a Local Authority in North Wales.
Simon holds an Honours Degree in Real Estate Management and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
