Shayla joined Colliers Rating department in March 2008 and brought with her 5 years experience in accounts, customer service and business administration. She was promoted to Senior Rate Account Manager in January 2012.
Accomplishments
Since joining Colliers Shayla has continued to maintain her own portfolio of clients and has delivered the best possible service. In accordance with the above, she has worked tirelessly to deliver the department's objective of using one database to deliver a more professional and secure sevice.
Shayla continues to work closely with the supplier in development for a more efficient and tailored database, this includes attending client meetings to promote, providing in house training for all staff in various locations and general technical support.
Shayla has also been responsible for the setup and running of the image capture and scanning solution which has resulted in a significant amount of time saved with the processing of 30,000 demands.
