Professional Summary
Prior to joining Colliers in September 2013, for nine years Seb had been working in the in-house legal department of the international recruitment company, Reed Specialist Recruitment. During his career, he has been exposed to a wide range of legal issues including employment/HR matters, litigation, intellectual property, property and land, and contracts. Seb thrives on working in an in-house environment where he can give practical and commercial legal advice, and help shape business decisions.
Accomplishments
Notable examples include:
- recovering hundreds of thousands of pounds in court actions against debtors
- presenting oral arguments in Employment Tribunals and County Courts
- managing a large portfolio of international intellectual property rights
- dealing with a wide variety of property related issues, such as dilapidations, lease renewals and break notices
